Rams girls hockey out of playoffs after hard-fought game

It was a hard-fought game in semi-final high school hockey action last night in Cochenour.

The Rams girls were down 3-0 after the second, then almost caught the Dryden Eagles with two goals from Mann and Parks. The Rams eventually succumbed to the Dryden Eagles when the Eagles snuck in an empty net goal late in the game and ended with a final score of 3-2.

The Eagles move on to play the league leaders, the Fort Frances Muskies, in a best-of-three series this Saturday in Fort Frances.
